About the Recipe

This is my famous Broccoli Salad. My friends, family, partner, LOVE it!
I finished work late one night and these ingredients were all I had in the fridge. It's zesty, fresh, sweet, and nutty.
The perfect addition to any BBQ or just enjoy it alone for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Full head Broccoli

  • 1 Green Apple

  • Handful Dry Roasted Almonds (measure with your heart)

  • Equal parts Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Honey & Lemon Juice (a few tablespoons of each)


Preparation

Step 1


Roughly chop the Broccoli and Apple, add to a blender and give a few pulses until everything is finely chopped, add to a salad bowl.



Step 2


Chop Almonds to desired size, add to Broccoli and Apple



Step 3


Mix Olive Oil, Mustard, Honey and Lemon Juice well, add more of each if you like a saucy salad! No rules!

Pour over salad and mix well. Enjoy!
