About the Recipe


  • Rice Paper

  • Firm Tofu (8 x 5mm slices)

  • Red Cabbage

  • Baby Spinach

  • Kewpie Mayonaise

  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil


Step 1

Marinate Tofu strips in Soy Sauce and Olive Oil for at least 30mins. Grill until golden, set aside to cool.

Step 2

Finely slice Cabbage and Spinach (or any other vegetable you wish to use).

Step 3

Wet the rice paper roll in warm water for approx 10 seconds, lay on a wet tea towel and fill!

Step 4

Place the Tofu as the base layer, squeeze some kewpie on (measure with your heart), top with Cabbage and Spinach and roll as per packet instructions.
